I almost gave this place a good review, but the soundproofing is horrendous! I could hear my neighbors using the toilet all night. Not to mention, i expected a welcome gift or room upgrade due to the numerous spa facility issues. The experience was just so unsatisfactory, and left me feeling utterly unappreciated.

This is a great small boutique hotel. There is a variety of room sizes and types, all comfortable. The hotel has a sauna, hot tub and exercise room. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast is very good. The location is central, easy walking distance to virtually all important sites. It is also on the tram line if one prefers.
Great small hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Great location and good breakfast. The spa is part of the room rate.
I really can't think of anything negative.

pleasant hotel with very central location and well-designed rooms. location close enough to the railway station that offers cheap fares to venice, the main square and close to all the old city area. next door to a modern art museum and other tourist attractions. really comfortable stay, as always.

missingWrote a review on 17 Octroom noise
The room size felt tight, with the basin located awkwardly outside the bathroom and only one small chair for seating. The noise from adjacent rooms and the upstairs bathroom was noticeable, especially at night. Parking was a hassle, situated further away than advertised, and waiting a half-hour on check-out day for garage access didn't help either.
